Who we are
Pagoda Technology operates monitoring and incident-management systems for itself and its clients. Contact: kevin@pagodatechnology.com.
What we collect
- Account data: name, work email address and authentication details for employees and contractors with a OneUptime account.
- Contact methods you add: mobile phone number, used for SMS and voice alerts, plus the verification status of that number.
- Operational data: on-call schedules, incident assignments, acknowledgements and delivery logs for alerts we send you.
How we use it
To deliver incident alerts, verification codes and on-call notices to the employees responsible for a system, and to keep an audit trail of who was notified about what. We do not use this data for advertising or profiling.
SMS and mobile information
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as our messaging provider, is permitted only to deliver the messages described in the SMS program terms. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP or by removing your number in OneUptime.
Service providers
Messages are delivered through Twilio. Our OneUptime instance is hosted on infrastructure we control. These providers process data only on our instructions and only to provide the service.
Retention
Contact methods stay until you remove them or your account is closed. Incident and notification logs are kept for operational history and deleted with the account or on request where no legal or audit reason requires keeping them.
Your choices
Employees can view, change or delete their contact methods at any time in OneUptime user settings, and can ask kevin@pagodatechnology.com for a copy or deletion of their data.
Changes
We will update this page when the program changes. The date above is the last revision.
